CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

What is the goal of the campaigns?

Our goal is to maximize quality leads to your territory. Your media budget achieves this by utilizing the optimal mix of channels to give each territory, no matter its budget, an effective, sustainable full-funnel marketing mix to increase their overall website traffic and leads. This mix includes: Paid Search, paid Meta, programmatic Banner Ads, and Connected TV. When you add awareness channels like banner ads and Connected TV, your paid search performance and overall ROI improve.

What channels are included in my campaign?

Every campaign includes paid search! Once a healthy saturation is reached in current channels and as your budget increases, other channels are unlocked for maximized performance including paid Meta, programmatic Banner Ads, and Connected TV.

How is budget allocated across channels?

We start by investing your budget in paid search to capture people who are actively looking for your services. As your budget grows, we then add Paid Meta, programmatic banner ads, and finally Connected TV so you reach more of the right people, not just more clicks. This step-by-step approach has been shown to drive better website traffic and higher-quality leads. Your paid search budget is already higher than it was in the NAF, so more of your marketing dollars are reaching people who are actively searching for your services.

How is Awarity ensuring my campaign is compliant to my LAF agreement?

Corporate sends us your 2026 revenue forecast by center and territory, and we apply your LAF agreement to that forecast. Each month, Corporate updates (reforecasts) your future revenue, and your LAF contribution and monthly budgets are adjusted so they stay aligned with your agreement, which is why the amounts can vary month to month.

Can I add Connected TV or Amazon Prime to my campaign?

Connected TV might already be part of your campaign, depending on your budget. For an extra $750 per month, you can add Amazon Prime Video to your mix, as long as you have already unlocked the other channels. If you would like to add budget to key months to ensure you have Connected TV, please submit a ticket here.

Can I add Banner ads to my campaign?

Depending on your budget, Banner ads may already be included in your campaign! If your budget does not currently include banner ads, please submit a ticket to inquire about a budget increase to unlock banner ads.

Why do I need a full funnel approach if the NAF is taking care of brand awareness?

The NAF is building brand awareness across the system, and the LAF is designed to increase your media impact locally to maximize quality leads. Industry data from AdAge shows lower-funnel ROI can increase by as much as 70% when you add brand awareness tactics like Connected TV and Banner Ads, instead of putting everything into paid search. This mix drives higher-quality website traffic and leads than simply spending more on paid search alone.

  • Awarity's LAF Marketing Command Center, is coming in early Q1of 2026 where you will be able to easily adjust monthly budgets, schedule creative for your specific academic calendar and even see zip code/ postal code demographic insights! As these features become available, we will roll them out.
  • We are here to support your unique needs. To make sure you receive the quickest response, please submit a ticket through our support portal. Our team and I get a notification immediately, so rest assured we are on it!
  • Reporting Dashboard, Awarity Campaign Central, is live. Performance data will take 1 day after launch to populate for the first month and you can access it 24/7.

Next Steps

  • If this is your first time partnering with Awarity, you will receive dashboard credentials in late December from dashboad@awarity.com.
  • Your campaigns are going to launch on January 1, 2026 and our team is currently working on getting everything set up.
