Join Awarity’s Analytics and AI team and use Data Science to directly shape how businesses of all sizes reach their customers. You won’t be shadowing on the sidelines – you’ll work on real projects that advance our mission to democratize advertising and make high-impact awareness campaigns accessible to everyone.

What You'll Do
  • Work on end-to-end analytics projects that influence live advertising campaigns and product decisions, from exploratory analysis through recommendations.
  • Interpret and analyze data to understand business performance, campaign effectiveness, and external trends, helping us improve outcomes for small businesses and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Apply data science and machine learning techniques (e.g., modeling, experimentation, testing) to uncover patterns and opportunities that directly feed into Awarity’s next generation of AI-driven capabilities.
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports that translate complex data into simple, compelling stories for stakeholders across the company.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success – to design experiments, measure impact, and iterate on solutions together.
  • Promote best practices in data analysis, documentation, and reporting so insights are reusable and scalable across the organization.

What We're Looking For
  • On track to earn a Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related).
  • Prior experience (coursework, projects, internships, or research) in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, or a similar field where you’ve turned data into insights.
  • Working knowledge of programming and statistical tools such as Python or R, along with experience writing and optimizing SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a curious mindset and comfort asking “why” behind the data.
  • High attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams, and a willingness to own projects from idea to impact.
  • Authorized to work in the US in 2026.
