Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist to provide analysis and thought leadership across company operations. In this role, you will coordinate with various functions to streamline processes and increase campaign effectiveness, marketing analysis, and provide various business insights.

What You'll Do
  • Utilize data science and machine learning algorithms to create meaningful findings and enhancements to Awarity’s AI-based digital advertising platform
  • Design and execute A/B and incrementality tests across paid media channels, synthesize results, and deliver actionable recommendations that measurably improve client campaign performance.
  • Lead in-depth marketing performance analyses to optimize audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative strategy, driving efficient use of media spend and stronger business outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive insights into business performance, campaigns effectiveness, and market trends
  • Generate and communicate actionable insights internally and externally
  • Champion best practices for data science, statistics, and analytics throughout organization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in a technical discipline – such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science
  • 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with relevant experience in machine learning models, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools to drive business insights.
  • Proficiency in programming and statistical tools such as Python and SQL, with expertise in analytics platforms such as Databricks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP) with experience in managing code repositories using Git
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
