We are seeking a Junior Market Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our advertising operations. In this role, you will analyze market trends, evaluate campaign performance, and generate insights that help our clients and internal teams optimize their strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage modern analytical tools including AI to deliver results faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market data, advertising trends, and competitive landscapes to inform campaign strategy and business development.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and refinement of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve research efficiency and accelerate reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to align market insights with business objectives.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and special projects as business needs arise.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in paid media, advertising, market research, analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Familiarity with data tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, or data management platforms.
  • Fluency in working with spreadsheets, databases, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a logical, methodical approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering, science, or quantitative discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience with SQL for querying and managing datasets.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging technologies that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Background in digital advertising, media, or ad-tech industries.
  • A naturally curious, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.

  • Location: Frisco, TX or Chicago, IL
  • Hours: 40 hours/week in office
