We are seeking a Staff Engineer to serve as a technical leader across our platform, data, and automation systems. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to define technical direction, elevate engineering standards, and scale systems that directly impact business performance and client outcomes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with broad ownership across our core platforms and a unique opportunity to shape the future of engineering at Awarity.
